Welcome to Something to Bake, a studio built on the belief that the most memorable moments begin in the kitchen.

My work sits at the intersection of pastry, strategy, and storytelling. By day, I work in confections at Ferrara Candy Company, shaping products through consumer insight and innovation. I also support pastry concept development and brand partnerships for digital creator @EmiliaMarieHome, aligning culinary and brand content.

Baking has always been a creative and competitive outlet for me, from winning local baking competitions to final round auditions for The Great American Baking Show (2026 season).

 

My mission to find the perfect balance of precise, traditional, techniques and imaginative innovation drives my approach flavor, texture, and design.​ Something to Bake brings these worlds together through pastry development, recipe testing, and sweet-and-savory concept design for brands, creators, and events.
